The IAR integrative, holistic approach to addiction and co-occurring mental health incorporates mind, body and spirit treatment programs. The key to a holistic approach is that it treats the whole (‘holism’) person rather than an element of an individual, symptoms or behaviors. Every aspect of your being is effected and damaged by addiction and substance abuse.
